Wild bird Musium
A “craft experience using natural materials” where you can make things using nuts, shells, etc. You can make a variety of original crafts.
A wide variety of books on nature and biology are available.
A diorama is on display, recreating bird sounds and animal carvings. You can learn about the natural environment of the forest through computer-based illustrated guides of wild birds, trees, insects, plants, and more.
Tateyama Wild Bird Forest’s Four Seasons
Many cherry trees are planted on the lawn plaza, and together with Awa Shrine, it is a famous cherry blossom viewing spot.
You can also enjoy the mountain cherry blossoms and Oshima cherry blossoms along the hiking trail, which are a feast for the eyes.
In early summer, the wisteria trellis and wild mountain wisteria bloom.
The new greenery of the metasequoia trees near the picnic area is also beautiful.
